Hi and welcome to Little Emerald Farm!

At the end of 2021 Jackson and I (Jay), bought a small piece of farm land in central Victoria and set our goals of living a self sufficient life and running our own business.  While Jackson is working as a tradie, I have transitioned to working full-time on the farm and setting up my own business. It has been a dream of mine to work for myself and I am truly grateful that Jackson supports me in doing this. Come along on this journey with me , my goal here is to share recipes, ideas and experiences that i encounter along the way.
